Rebuild Your Health This Summer with Your Own Action Plan for Recovery

Would you like to get your health back on track after illness, injury or a hectic period?

Or do you simply want to feel as energetic, happy and symptom-free as possible?

I’m looking for readers who’d like to gradually rebuild their health this Summer by creating their own action plan for recovery and share their journey with us.

If chosen, you’ll receive a free copy of my ebook packed with science-backed strategies on how you can support restoration, replenish your body, rebuild your strength and regain your mental focus. In return, you’ll record the process – what works for you and what doesn’t, whether the tips are easy to implement – on your own blog, in a guest post for The Health Sessions, a YouTube video or (bi)weekly chronicles on Facebook and Instagram.

Interested? Here’s how you can enter:

  • Leave a comment below and tell us about the health setback you’re dealing with, your biggest motivation to create your own action plan for recovery and how you’d like to record the journey towards a healthier, happier you. I will choose 3-5 readers that will hopefully benefit most from testing our step-by-step guide.
  • Don’t forget to provide a legit email address (it won’t be shown publicly) so I can contact you!

Healthy living is no guarantee for a good health, but taking control over your actions and making smart choices can bring you one step closer to your own definition of recovery.

I am interested in rebuilding my health. I had cancer in 2009 and was given an experimental chemo, that left me with fibro diagnosis, lupus diagnosis, and didn’t heal my cancer. I finally recovered from the cancer using a natural alternative. I am overweight, in pain, and a diabetic. I have started a blog, in hopes that it will help me be accountable for my “get healthy” journey.

    • Dear Sylvia, I’m so sorry to hear what you have been and still are going through. That’s a lot to deal with! I’d love to send you my ebook to support you on your ‘get well journey’. No promises of ‘getting healed’, but hopefully the guide will lessen your pain, help you manage your symptoms better and improve your quality of life. I’ll send you a private email with more details.

I have EGPA (Churg-Strauss Syndrome) and was recently told to get chemo infusion, because of the heart involvement in the disease and my current meds not suppressing it enough. I’m going to the hospital for a few days next month. Not the kind of summer holiday one’s dreaming of… I’ve been a highly functioning patient for the last 8 years, always bouncing back from flares on my own but now, for the first time, I’m scared what this new med will do to me and if it’s going to worth the sacrifice. I think I could do with some support in coming back from this one.

    • That’s an awful setback Aniko, I can only imagine how worried and torn you must be. I’m praying the chemo infusion will suppress your symptoms without too much side effects, but of course I’d love to send you my ebook to help you bounce back this time.

I was dx’d with Celiac in 2008. I proceeded to get worse and worse even on a gluten free diet. I was to the point of only being able to sip clear liquids and was rapidly losing weight. I was given a probiotic flush to jump start my system and it kind of helped. I was able to eat very bland foods. Though my health and blood work continued to decline. I started doing holistic nutrition hoping it would help. From 2012 to 2015 I started gaining weight even though I was eating healthy. No one knew why! Finally in 2015 they found thyroid cancer. I had 5 aggressive papillary tumors. I have since done the treatment for it but now deal with Celiac, Hypocalcemia, Hypothyroidism, Tachacardia and more from the cancer and years of being sick. I also have experienced medication induced anxiety. Along with this I deal with Neck and Back issues (disc degenerative disease) as well as some form of IBS from the Celiac and Anxiety which highly effects my life. I am also now battling insulin resistance! I am now in physical therapy for the back and neck and want to start looking forward in my life. I want to be come the healthiest me I can be and am willing to put in the work and effort!

    • I’m sorry to hear how much you’ve had to deal with over the last 9 years Kimberlee. The insecurities of not knowing what was wrong, your cancer diagnosis and all the comorbidity you’ve had since… I’clove to send you a digital copy of my ebook to hopefully support your health and help improve your quality of life. I will shoot you a private message with the details. Thank you for sharing your story!
