On maternity leave | The Health Sessions

My baby’s due date has come and gone, but unfortunately my boy’s showing little signs that he’s ready to head out into the world just yet. But with a Hollywood-style belly the size of a watermelon, it’s time to slow down, rest up and (mentally) prepare for the whirlwind weeks ahead.

Don’t worry, I won’t leave you empty-handed during my maternity leave. I’ve scheduled helpful posts from guest authors, insightful interviews with fellow spoonies, finger-licking good recipes from your favourite healthy food bloggers and bite-sized tips on health and happiness.

For more in-depth advice on coping with chronic illness and leading a healthier lifestyle, follow The Health Sessions on Facebook, browse the archives or check out my brand-new ebook ‘How to Create Your Own Action Plan for Recovery’!

Wishing you a happy and healthy Spring!

~ Jennifer
